Our company served as an instructor for the training session titled “The Future of Software Development and Engineering Education Accelerated by Generative AI and AI Agents,” held on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Kawahara Computer Business College in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture.

This training was conducted for information technology faculty members and introduced how software development is evolving, based on the advancements and underlying mechanisms of generative AI and AI agents.

In addition, from the perspective of what skills students should acquire in the age of generative AI, participants engaged in exercises to consider how the roles and required skill sets of engineers are changing.
