Our representative, Sakamoto, participated in a talk session at G-TEC 2026, held at Tokyo Conference Center Shinagawa on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
In this session, he joined Mr. Takuto Wada, programmer, test-driven development (TDD) practitioner, and President of Towers Quest Inc., to discuss the future of software engineering in the age of AI.
While the widespread adoption of AI is driving significant improvements in software development productivity, maintaining and enhancing software quality and business value has become an increasingly important challenge. During the session, the speakers exchanged views on the differences between operational productivity and value-added productivity, the risks of declining internal quality, and other challenges facing development teams.
